If you would like to delete your GhorNirman account and associated data,
follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
Send an email to
ranjan12nov90@gmail.com
from any email address, with the subject line "Delete my GhorNirman account".
In the email, include the phone number registered on your GhorNirman
account, and whether you signed up as a Buyer, Seller, or Mistri.
We will verify the request and delete your account.
What gets deleted
Once your deletion request is processed:
Your phone number and account record are deleted.
If you were a Seller or Mistri, your shop profile, listed items, any
photos you uploaded (including your profile photo), and any location you saved are deleted.
Your data is removed within 30 days of a verified request.
App usage analytics (see the privacy policy) are
not linked to your name or phone number, so they cannot be looked up by
account. They are deleted automatically by Google Analytics within
14 months.
We do not retain a backup copy of deleted account data beyond what is
needed to complete the deletion process itself.
